Carole calls the individual prior to the session to make sure their understanding and expectations are clear. Coaching takes place, usually at your office , and trust and confidence quickly build. If they are helpful, assessments may be used such as Emotional Intelligence, and 360 feedback. Each session has planned action points which are agreed between all parties.
