What are you (CEO/Sponsor) trying to achieve with your team, your customers and your business. A proper understanding of what makes your business tick is the cornerstone to the approach.

 

What are you trying to achieve with the individual who needs coaching. Where are you trying to take this person, and where are the gaps. A coaching plan is agreed with timescales and outcomes.

 

Carole calls the individual prior to the session to make sure their understanding and expectations are clear. Coaching takes place, usually at your office , and trust and confidence quickly build. If they are helpful, assessments may be used such as Emotional Intelligence, and 360 feedback. Each session has planned action points which are agreed between all parties.

 

Each session is reviewed and fed back to the CEO/sponsor. The individual will flourish with the extra support. Further support is agreed if needed, and usually as a result of coaching Carole begins to work with other key members of the business
